Refund Policy
iX Booking operates as an intermediary platform for event listings and ticket sales. We do not organize or manage events but facilitate bookings between event organizers and attendees.
General Refund Policy
- We do not issue refunds for tickets purchased through our platform, except in specific cases mentioned below.
- Each event has its own refund policy, set by the event organizer. Attendees must directly contact the event organizer for refund requests related to general tickets.
- iX Booking is not liable for event cancellations, postponements, or modifications made by organizers.

Refund Policy for VIP Passes
In certain cases, iX Booking directly sells limited VIP passes for specific events. For these VIP passes:
- If the event is canceled, a full refund will be processed within 5 Working days of the cancellation announcement.
- If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be issued if the attendee cannot attend the rescheduled date.
- If the event is postponed indefinitely, a refund will be provided after 5 days if no new date is announced.
- *No refunds* will be issued for VIP pass holders who fail to attend the event.
Platform Fees Are Non-Refundable
Any service fees or convenience charges collected by iX Booking for facilitating the booking process are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Disputes & Charge backs
- If you believe you are eligible for a refund but face issues with the event organizer, you may raise a dispute with your payment provider.
- Chargebacks for transactions unrelated to VIP passes sold by us are not our responsibility.
