About Our Services
iX Booking is an intermediary platform that exclusively lists events organized by third-party hosts. We do not organize, manage, or control any events.
We are not responsible for event execution or ticket fulfillment.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during ticket purchases
- Review event details and refund policies before purchase
- Comply with event organizer rules and venue regulations
- No unauthorized ticket resale or fraudulent activities
Refund Policy
General Ticket Sales
We do not process refunds for general tickets. All refund requests must be directed to the event organizer.
VIP Pass Refunds
- Full refund if canceled within 7 days
- Rescheduled events: Tickets valid for new dates
- No refunds for attendee no-shows
⚠️ Platform fees are non-refundable in all cases
Prohibited Activities
Privacy & Data Protection
- We respect user privacy and collect only necessary information to facilitate bookings
- Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy
Termination & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies
Fraudulent activities may result in permanent bans and legal action
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by ix Booking
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or legal proceedings
